To compare a woman’s natural curves to nature makes perfect sense to me. It’s exactly what photographer Miguel Reveriego did with stunning model Tara Lynn. In the November 2012 issue of Document Journal you’ll find the editorial, Document No. 190-The Landscape of Human Nature.
A couple of days ago, I was mentioned in a tweet from a Miss Barhynn of Bitchy and Beautiful asking where she could find a few items. Among those items was a white blazer. That got me thinking…and wondering myself. So, as I sit in bed sick (still), I started a little search for that plus size white blazer.
Move over “stripper shoes!” Looks like the lucite heel has found a new home. And this time it’s on the soles of some of the most coveted luxury footwear brands out there. I’m going to admit I did get suckered by this trend. I recently ordered a pair of these Jeffrey Campbell’s. I’m impatiently waiting for them to arrive. Question is…are you going to embrace this shoe trend?
I’m sitting here sick in bed with my laptop and a box of tissues. Sneezing every few minutes, but online window shopping at the same time. It’s a talent. I swear. I keep running across these great denim pieces that I want. In all my stuffiness, I’ve realized that I want a lot of things. Hence…my denim wish list.
If a brand claims to be “luxury” anything I’m really curious to find out if it really is. I’m just nosy like that. Mary Kay sent me 10 shades from their True Dimensions lipstick collection and I will admit I was skeptical. “Luxury” is a strong word, you don’t just use it for fun…right?
It’s not a trick question or anything…I’ll just go ahead and tell you. They made me sweat. That’s what Zumba, Old Navy, and Rocsi Diaz have in common. They worked (kicked) my butt with a 30 minute workout session! They also proved to me and everyone at Pop Physique that I have no rhythm whatsoever. None.
