There’s nothing I love more than a daring fashionista! One who doesn’t care about the so-called “rules of fashion.” That’s why I admire Beth Ditto from the indie rock band Gossip! She wears what she wants and she kills it every time! Here are a couple of pics from events held in the last few months. I am head-over-heels for the black and white striped dress! I want it!
It’s no secret that I love accessories. And when I go shopping, I have to check out what the latest jewelry trend is. The other day I went to the Grove, here in L.A., and couldn’t help but notice feather jewelry every where. Not peacock feathers, but bird feathers. I love that kind of post inspiration. Here you again my lovely bloggers…more inspiration and of course dumb ol’ shopping temptation. My apologies to your bank account.

You know I adore a good pair of jeans. Here are a few ways I’ve worn them over the past week. A week that consisted of my best friend’s visit, Las Vegas, and the resort town of Big Bear. It went by sooo fast. I can’t believe it’s over and my bff is on a plane back to Maine. I’m kind of bummed right now and I’m trying to get back into my blogging routine. Maybe shopping will help. 
As you can see, the shoes and jeans are pieces you’ve seen before. They are my faves. FYI…those are the heels I walked the Vegas Strip in and probably won’t wear for a while. They killed my feet. It led to a barefoot walk through the Flamingo. Lol.

It’s that time again. I’m in love with these tops from Nordstrom. I know I won’t buy them because they aren’t in my budget at the moment. So, like I always do…I will admire from afar. Also known as e-window shopping.

I honestly don’t have one, I’m not crazy about labels. However, I dream of buying everything at Carmakoma.com. Their designs are feminine, trendy, edgy and very flattering for curves. Apart from them, I think the designers behind New Look, Evans, Dorothy Perkins and H & M are doing a pretty good job.
Comfortable but stylish shoes. Shoes can make or break an outfit, right? and no one looks hot when they’re in pain haha.
If possible, I would create something that gives you flawless skin- no acne, wrinkles, blackheads etc. How amazing would that be?! It’s name would have to have the word miracle in it somewhere I suppose.
My favourite destination will always be Goa. It’s where I’m from by the way but I’ve lived all my life in Dubai. It’s a state in India, it’s home and hedonism all in one sunny, adventurous package. I would pack a few gorgeous summer dresses, cute flip flops, some bohemian jewelery and killer sunglasses.
I strongly believe that fashion is about fun, creativity, self expression, identity and making yourself feel good, no matter what your size is.
Is Rihanna trying to bring back the fanny pack? This is the first thing that came to mind yesterday, as I was looking over my favorite celeb site

I must admit that I’m not the most beauty savvy gal out there. I’m still learning a lot about all the different makeup products out there.
There is one product that I am dying to try. I would love to get my hands on a Tarte cheek stain. A.K.A. blush. Especially, their natural cheek stain. It’s formulated without all the bad stuff.
Look at this pic of model Whitney Thompson, that’s what I’d imagine a cheek stain to do. It looks like a natural flush to me.
Do you use a cheek stain? If so, which one and would you recommend it?
After seeing these pics of the gorgeous Alicia Keys, I started yearning for a hot pair of sunglasses. Not just any sunglasses, but a pair of square-ish shaped sunglasses. I don’t know what it is about me and this awesomely amazing accessory! This is the one item, that I don’t mind $pending money on. The pair of Coach sunglasses I have now are almost 3 years old. And they are still in great shape. I love them! I guess you can say that sunglasses are my kryptonite. Now, if only I can figure out what brand Alicia is wearing and I’ll be a happy camper. Oh…FYI…I want all of these pairs below!
If you’re on twitter, then you might have seen me tweeting about the dress I’m wearing. I wasn’t sure if I wanted it or not. I don’t usually wear large prints like this, but I thought I’d try something different. I haven’t worn a maxi dress in ages. I almost forgot how comfortable they are!
