Pennington’s 2012 Summer Look Book
Pennington’s, the Canadian retailer, has just published their summer look book and I’m looooving it. The colors are amazing, aren’t they? Yes, they do ship to the U.S.! I wouldn’t do that too you!! I’m not going to lie, I have my eye on a few things (when don’t I?), but I’m really interested in trying their intimates. I love the prints and colors. I do have a coat from them and it’s great! Let’s see what else I fall in love with! Are you a Pennington’s customer? What do you love most about them?
TS14+ & Virtu January Styles
If you’re looking for a line with transitional pieces, going from fall to spring to summer, and are easy to layer then you really should check out Australian brands TS14+ and Virtu. Their January look books and style guides are filled to the brim with them. I’ve actually found a few things I wouldn’t mind owning. They’re all about making you feel good in the clothes you’re in. I can get with that! “Celebrate the Curves You’re In!” -TS14+
Parties, Friends, & Torrid
Yes! More outfits from my weekend at BlogHer. And these two are courtesy of one of my favorite brands, Torrid. They’ve really been stepping it up, in my opinion. Especially, in the quality department. And that’s something that goes a long way for me. If you’re going to spend the money, the piece has to last! Here I am sitting with my partner in crime, Cid from Cid Style File. We practically hung out all weekend in San Diego. This is from one of the many parties we attended. I wore Torrid’s Leopard Mesh Maxi Dress and I felt very … Continue reading
Queen Grace Collection Fall 2011 Look Book
The Queen Grace Collection was one of my favorite lines that came down the Full Figured Fashion Week runway. The pieces are elegant and clean. Here’s the Fall 2011 Look Book. The “Grace” dress is my favorite! Which one do you love?
Sunset OOTD with Torrid
Don’t mind the glare in my eyes, I was running out the door to an event. I did make sure to snap a photo of some pieces Torrid had sent me. Yes, I did get the package that day. Thank goodness, because I didn’t know what I was going to wear. And since this was a casual L.A. happy hour, I thought this would be perfect. I’m wearing Torrid’s Feather Print Tube Top and Source of Wisdom Black Luxe Skinny Jean. The top is really light and has a little cinching under the bust, which I liked because it gave … Continue reading
Seeing Red with Domino Dollhouse
I made my way over to Domino Dollhouse and was so inspired by their new Make Out Circus Collection! The pieces look so fun and I really love all the red! And I’m loving the models too (Go Tess!). Chiffon is Chic!
It’s about to get real classy up in here…make room for chiffon ladies. Chiffon is that material that was usually saved for special occassion dresses. Not anymore. I have seen this trend every where. And I really think any age or size can wear it in almost any color. There are so many different styles and it’s used different ways. Personally, I love when it’s used on the sleeves. Just so you know, I am literally lusting after #4 from Dorothy Perkins and if someone buys it before I do…I just might scream. Which chiffon piece below caught your eye? … Continue reading
Seeing Coral with ASOS Curve
If there’s one color that compliments any skin tone, I’d have to say it’s coral. This mix between pink and orange is definitely a year-round color. ASOS knows that it is too. This is one of my favorite colors to wear. Just look at all the pieces below. I will admit, I want them all. When don’t I? Fashion is so addicting! LOL
A Little Off…the Shoulder
Let’s get sexy for a moment. I was once told, by a guy, that a woman’s shoulder’s are very sexy. I thought about what he told me, when I started noticing off-the-shoulder tops. I’m going to be honest, I’ve never been a fan of them, but these are kind of changing my mind. With or without the straps. I can see myself wearing a top like this with a pair of skinny jeans or capris. I don’t know which one I like the best, it’s too hard to choose just one! Which one is your favorite? 1. Simply Be $65 … Continue reading
