If you live in Southern California and are a fan of the Australian plus size retailer City Chic, then you’re going to love this. They have finally opened their first U.S. store location in Los Angeles and they have more stores opening soon! I was invited to an exclusive in-store preview—before they opened to the public.
In the world of fashion, we are often told what we should and shouldn’t wear. As a blogger, I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by women who don’t listen to those rules. But, instead listen to their heart and thrive in their own personal style. I’d like to think I’m one of those women. Someone who doesn’t let fashion dictate who they are, but rather just let’s it inspire them.
If there’s one thing I love about Elann Zelie, the designer and founder of Zelie for She, it’s her passion for her craft. I know her personally and I can tell you that she loves what she does and it shows in her designs. And if you haven’t checked out her latest collection then you’re missing out on some fabulousness. Just saying.
There are very few designers and brands out there that create fashion for all sizes. Some will design for straight, then later will create separate and different designs for plus sizes. Melissa Masse is one of those that designs for all—sizes XS to 3X. It’s very refreshing! I was recently invited to her spring preview and I fell in love with her vibrant prints and amazing fit.
The other day, I made an announcement on Instagram stating that I was a Lubriderm Blogger Ambassador. This pretty much means that I will get the inside scoop on all things in the Lubriderm world, get to try out their latest products, then share with you! Which I’m super excited to do, since I live and die by moisturizers. Which you should all know by now. With that being said, I’m super excited to announce that I’ll be co-hosting a very special Twitter party on Wednesday 2/26!
If you love your plus size fashion, then you may have remembered when Eloquii shut down it’s website last year. Well, guess what loves—they’re back! You yelled and complained and it seems like they listened. They’re under new ownership and have launched their new online shopping site today. You’re going to find a lot of on-trend black and white in this collection, some romantic pastel pieces, and a few bold colors.
I’m just going to come out and say it…I love Elann Zelie. Seriously, who else dares to step out of the so-called “fashion box?” In her latest Zelie For She collection, Elann shows us what you get when you mix Barbie, 50’s fashion, and Sex and the City. You might think it’s a strange combo, but just take a look at the pieces below.
