I’ve written about bras a lot on this blog. In fact, I’m always looking to review them in hopes of finding “the one” I can share with you. It’s no secret that a comfy bra makes a happy woman. And when I received two of Torrid’s Everyday Bras to review I couldn’t wait to test them out. Read more

It’s not every day that I immediately fall in love with a bra. In fact, most of the time, I don’t like them and that stinking underwire that always seems to poke me. And if it’s a sexy bra, most of the time it’s not comfortable or practical. Unless it’s this bra from Leading Lady. Read more
Just look at the stunning Melissa McCarthy in Va Bien’s Lacey Full Figure Bustier in the February 2012 issue of W! And if there’s one thing I love it’s sexy lingerie! Was that TMI? Sorry, but when you wear something sexy like this underneath your outfit, that has to put a little sexy “pep-in-your-step” for the day!
Va Bien, French for “Fits Well,” has been around since 1979 creating glamorous and sexy lingerie and shapewear. It’s been worn by celebrities like Dita Von Teese, former first lady Laura Bush, Alicia Silverstone, Patti Labelle, and Jessica Lange. That’s a wide range of shapes and sizes! I love the vintage and classic touches!

It’s a Valentine’s Day countdown! It’s time to get sexy. I know that won’t be hard for you ladies! And if any significant others are reading this post, maybe it will serve as some gift inspiration. Hint…hint.
There’s no better way to show off those voluptuous curves than with sexy lingerie. I’m dying over those Lace Heart Back Panties from Hips & Curves (#8). So HOT! I want them stat! I think the hubby will love them.
Actually, I’m loving all of these picks below. These are my top picks! Did I miss any? Leave a comment and tell me where you get your lingerie.
OK ladies…I don’t want to hear any more excuses. There’s no need to complain about not having lingerie that fits. Plus size lingerie is popping up everywhere. And this includes one of my favorite retailers, City Chic. You may have seen the beautiful Tocarra wearing their pieces in the October issue of Plus Model Magazine. The new line carries bras, panties, and shapewear. Sexy!
If there’s one thing I’ve noticed in the plus size online-shopping world, it’s that there are quite a few options in the U.K. I used to live in Europe and at that time, I didn’t do any online shopping for clothes. Today, you can find almost anything online, including lingerie.
Sexy! Sexy!
Simply Yours is one of those U.K. lingerie brands. I actually owned a plus size corset of theirs and I loved it! They make the cutest pieces. Anything from bras, knickers, hosiery, nightwear and more.
I was looking at their web site today and I couldn’t help but notice something. Why don’t I wear camisoles like these?
Really? The camisole is such a basic, but essential piece. Think about it, when was the last time you had a button up blouse and you just wanted to leave a few buttons open, but you didn’t want to flash everyone? If you had a lace camisole, you could just wear it underneath and let it peek out. Leaving something to the imagination?
And I’ve always been a fan of wearing tanks underneath my tops as well, but sometimes you just want something a little sexier. That’s where the plus size camisole comes in. It can even be worn casually or as sleepwear. They even carry slimming camisoles, if that’s what you need. You know I love how one piece of clothing can be used in so many ways and be functional. Once again lingerie saves the day!
Do you own a camisole from Simply Yours?
Disclosure: This is a sponsored post. The above is my true and honest opinion.

You know as well as I do, that finding the perfect bra is torture! It can not only be annoying, but it can be expensive and time consuming. I have been on the hunt for a wireless bra, that was not only affordable, but that actually “held up” its end of the bargain…if you know what I mean. And by that I mean, the bra has to offer great support. Duh!
I’ve had enough with wearing under-wire bras all day with the uncomfortable wire poking me! I don’t mind a couple of hours, but all day…not anymore.
Since, I am already a fan of
Yes, this is my first wire-free bra I’ve worn since my training bra days and I was really worried about the support. But, now I know I have nothing to worry about. This is a very supportive and comfortable full coverage bra. I will admit that the first time I wore it there was a little irritation from the adjusters (?) on the back of the bra straps, but that went away after the first wear.
The slightly padded cups give the breast a natural shape that nature intended. The bra straps don’t dig into shoulders because of the wide padded straps and there is plenty of coverage in the back. I think this would make a great t-shirt bra, since it’s pretty invisible under your clothing.
I have made this my all day bra and I don’t regret it one bit. I will admit, if you’re looking for an “uplifting” bra, then this isn’t it. Because there is no under wire, you don’t get the same effect. But, this isn’t your 1950′s soft cup bra either.
