What I Wore: Hispanicize Conference

Last week I attended the Hispanicize 2011 right here in Hollywood. It was their 2nd Annual PR & Social Media conference. I had an amazing time networking and reconnecting with my friends. I was asked to sit in on a panel of Fashion and Beauty bloggers. I was pretty nervous. There were four of us up there and I couldn’t help but stress how brands and companies are passing up opportunities to work with the “plus size” community.I also made sure to tell the audience, that I don’t sit here telling you what to wear. I just give you recommendations…

This year the name of the group has changed, it is now The Fashion Front and I have been selected as a member again. I am so very honored to be included with these fellow bloggers! The Lane Bryant “Revolution”

Where do I even start? First of all, I want to thank Lane Bryant for the VIP pass to The Curvy Revolution. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have had such an amazing experience. On the final day of the convention, I finally ran into NettaP, one of my favorite bloggers. Love that girl! Then after getting lost, I attended a Lane Bryant panel session with the VP of Marketing, Jay Dunn. It was a very informative look into the world of Lane Bryant. Mr. Dunn made sure to remind us that it’s not about age, but about your attitude.…
