One of my favorite designers and my beautiful friend Elann Zelie has just released her new fall/holiday collection for pre-order! She is on fire with her line Zelie for She. The new Dark Romance collection is casual, chic, and sultry.
If there’s one thing I love about Elann Zelie, the designer and founder of Zelie for She, it’s her passion for her craft. I know her personally and I can tell you that she loves what she does and it shows in her designs. And if you haven’t checked out her latest collection then you’re missing out on some fabulousness. Just saying.
Designer collaborations in the plus size fashion world never happen. Never. So, when I heard that the incomparable Isabel Toledo was designing a capsule collection for Lane Bryant—my heart skipped a beat. I adore her! If you love her too, you’ll be happy to know that the exclusive Isabel Toledo Collection for Lane Bryant debuted online today. I’m ready to shop…are you?
I’m just going to come out and say it…I love Elann Zelie. Seriously, who else dares to step out of the so-called “fashion box?” In her latest Zelie For She collection, Elann shows us what you get when you mix Barbie, 50’s fashion, and Sex and the City. You might think it’s a strange combo, but just take a look at the pieces below.
Say hello to the Zelie for She fall 2013 collection! It launched today featuring the beautiful Kelly of MasqueMag.com. This is Elann Zelie’s second collection and if there is anyone passionate about fashion and dressing a woman’s curves, it’s definitely Elann! I’m lucky to call her my friend and am so in love with this Forever Young collection.
I imagine the designer of Rue 114, Serwah Asante, to be this really cool, vibrant, and carefree woman. I’ve never met her, but I just get that vibe when I look at her collection. Even her motto is awesome—”Great style should be available in all sizes because fabulous, fierce, kick-ass women come in all sizes!” I couldn’t have said it better myself.
I know we often complain about the lack of fashionable plus size clothing. But, the truth is, if you live in the U.S or U.K. we have the best selection in the world. That’s my opinion. I bet we never think about how plus woman in other countries deal with the lack of fashion where they live.
