Anna Scholz | New York State of Mind Collection

If you’re an Anna Scholz fan, you know she’s all about her bold patterns and bright colors. That’s what I love most about her. She’s not afraid to dress the plus size woman in what is normally seen as taboo for our curves. Her latest capsule collection, New York State of Mind, is a perfect example of that. Are you a fan? You can find the latest Anna Scholz collection here.

Did I ever tell you how important indie plus-size fashion designers are to this community? They bring creativity, quality, and detail to their collections that a lot of big brands sometimes miss. Not to mention blood, sweat, and tears. As you know, Elann Zelie of Zelie for She is a personal friend of mine. And she is so passionate about her line and creating stylish clothing for plus-size women. So, when she asked if I’d be interested in modeling a few of her pieces, of course I said yes!
