It doesn’t get any cooler than these eye shadows from bareMinerals? I’ve never been daring when it comes to trying different products, but I might just have to try out these colors: Patience, City Lights, Reveal, Azure, and Liberty.
When I saw these colors, the first thing that came to mind was a day at THE BEACH! A cool summer breeze…lounging….having an ice cold drink in my hand…the sound of the waves…
Living in Arizona means you must always have a summer dress and chic sandals around! It’s gets pretty hot out there! Curves and Chaos loves this floral print tube dress.
And when it comes to makeup, she doesn’t discriminate. Whether it’s an over-the-counter or department store product, Brenda just wants it to perform. It has to get the job done!

Looks like Hollywood got the short-hair memo. I might follow. With summer right around the corner, I am definitely considering a major hair chop-off. I’ve had my hair short before. So, it wouldn’t be anything too drastic for me. But, I’m trying to decide which short hair style to go with. The hubby isn’t too happy about this, he loves my hair long. I tell him it’s only hair, it’ll grow back.

I was flipping through my new issue of Elle, when I came across the “Elle Beauty Obsession” page. I fell in love with this pic! The nail polish is OPI’s Hong Kong collection “Jade is the New Black” and the lipstick is Chanel’s Rouge Allure Lipstick in “Super.” I need the nail polish!! I found it on Amazon for $2.50!! I have to ask the hubby if we can fit this in our budget!
Oh!! How I wish I was bold enough to wear eyeshadow colors like these from Benefit.
Man, it’s not fair! Why didn’t I get that daring make-up gene? Sometimes, I will by an eyeshadow in an amazing color…and it just sits there. Just waiting for me to try it. Poor little lonely eye-popping shadow…sigh.
If you couldn’t already tell, Tarina Tarantino is all about the color pink! I’ve met her and she’s really sweet! That’s the day I met Hello Kitty…that’s a whole other story! Lol.
Tarina is so bold and creative, it only makes sense she would start a product line with Sephora. Not only is she a make-up artist, but she creates and designs the most amazing accessories!
“Being different, being unique, being an individual and creating your own style is what TARINA TARANTINO is all about,” she says. “It should look good on you and look good while you are putting it on.”-Sephora.com
As you can see, the fall runway produced a very simple and attainable look. For the most part, the makeup was light and the hair was wavy. I have always been a fan of the soft lip and strong eye. Oscar de la Renta’s look was a little bit darker than the others, but the women look stunning. Which designer’s beauty look is your favorite?
