Are you a fan of Shea Moisture? I know there are a lot of you out there who are! I’ve heard the buzz about this brand, but I’ve never tried it. Just so you know, if you aren’t interested in soft and vibrant hair, you might as well just stop reading this post right now. I was sent a few pieces from the Shea Moisture Superfruit Complex 10-in-1 Renewal System to try out. And I can say I’m impressed with how great it works…I can’t stop touching my hair.
Sometimes your skin just needs a quick scrub to brighten and wake things up. Especially, after a rough summer. I definitely think it’s what my skin has been missing. Maybe that’s why my friend Yong, co-founder of Protective Nourishment, gave me a jar of her skin care line’s Blueberry Scrub Mask. Of course, I had to try it out. My skin was begging for it.
When it comes to my cheeks and my lips, I try not to use makeup that’s going feel heavy and thick. I love wearing light and sheer makeup year round. As I was going through some products I received to review, I came across a package I forgot to open. Don’t ask me how that happens. I opened it to find Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm and Clinique Chubby Stick Baby Tint Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm. Two balms that are made for the sheer makeup lovers out there. Here’s a quick Beauty Buzz report!

Maybe you should only read this post if you really want silky soft hair—just saying. Personally, I’m a big fan. I’m that one person who’s always touching and running their fingers through their hair. And I love testing out different products to see what will and won’t work. So, when Dove contacted me and asked me if I wanted to take their Silky Hair Dare and try out the new Dove Pure Care Dry Oil collection—I was immediately interested.
If you haven’t seen the movie Pulp Fiction, I’m going to need you to stop what you’re doing and watch it. Then come back to this post and check out the latest Limited Edition Urban Decay collection. The Quentin Tarantino movie is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary this year, do you feel old yet? The collection, one that I’m going to use every day this fall, is a based on the look of one of my favorite characters in the movie—Mrs. Mia Wallace.
Listen up nail fanatics, there’s a nail art craze among us. If you’re one of them, then you already know that. If you didn’t know that…well…I guess I’m letting you in on the big secret now. I’m one of those people who love it, but am too lazy and not skilled enough to do it myself. Then I was contacted to see if I’d like to try out the “As Seen on TV” Hot Designs Nail Art Pens. Duh…uh…yeah!
It’s no secret that I’m not a makeup artist…not even close. But, that doesn’t mean I don’t like experimenting and playing with makeup. And that’s exactly what I did a few days ago. In this post I’m trying out the latest products from L’Oreal Paris. You can say, I had my own little private makeup session with what they sent me!
