If you follow me on social media, then you know that I was recently in New York. I was invited out by Lane Bryant for a blogger discussion. More on that to come later. But, during this meeting I had a chance to sit at a table with LB President and CEO Linda Heasley. We talked about a lot of things, including a discussion about styling flare jeans. Funny thing was, I actually had a post drafted before I left for this trip. This was just a sign that I had to follow through and write about the latest denim trend.
Shout out to Helena, a fellow blogger over at PinkGuayoyo.com for inspiring this post. She asked me on Twitter what some of my favorite plus-size skinny jeans were. The minute we became adults our personal style instantly became questionable and judging eyes were upon us.

And if you ever left your camera laying around, odds are when you developed your pics, there would be a few of me taking silly selfies. Today, they are a part of our cell phone culture. And I want to share my five favorite tips on how to rock them!
I have a thing for maxi skirts. I adore them. I really want to wear them every single day. And they’re perfect for the spring and summer weather. I love them in all colors, prints, and super long! So, when a fellow blogger friend Jayka of Wacky Little House asked me how I style them, I couldn’t wait to share. Here are MY three favorite ways to style a maxi skirt.
A couple of days ago, I was mentioned in a tweet from a Miss Barhynn of Bitchy and Beautiful asking where she could find a few items. Among those items was a white blazer. That got me thinking…and wondering myself. So, as I sit in bed sick (still), I started a little search for that plus size white blazer.
