It has officially been six months since I decided on a eating a vegan diet. And I can tell you it’s been challenging, but it’s doable and definitely been worth it. People always asks me if I feel better and the answer is yes—I really do. It’s definitely not for everyone. To be honest, I never thought I’d last this long, but here I am. I’m still alive guys! Whoo!
I am concerned about the upcoming holiday season though. I started freaking out a little bit yesterday about what I’m going to eat during Thanksgiving. That’s when I started searching Pinterest for a few vegan Thanksgiving recipes. FYI…don’t do this while you’re hungry.
Just so you know, you don’t have to be a vegan to try these recipes. Duh. These are great for anyone who just wants to eat healthier. Plain and simple.
