My Favorite 90’s Fashion Trends

Are you ready? Let’s go back to the 90’s. I just realized that was ummmmm…over 20 years ago. I’m proud to say I was killing it back then with my style! Thanks to my mom of course. I think what I loved the most about 90s fashion trends were the floral baby doll dresses and Dr. Martens boots. Yes, I went there. Well, just like all trends, they tend to circle back and this seems to be the style of the moment.

I asked a few of my friends what their favorite trends were in the 90’s and it went a little something like this. Denise of loved her “flannels, Dr. Martens, and floral baby doll dresses.” While Nicole of was more of a ” cat suits, baggy jeans, and clogs” kind of girl. Then there’s our East Coast amiga, Rachel of—she was all about the “vintage Levi’s, berets/newsboy caps, and that burgundy lipstick.” Sigh, I love my friends.

Well, I decided I put together a plus size list of some of my favorite 90s fashion trends that you can find online today. Now, I know I didn’t cover all the 90s fashion trends. But, these are some of my faves!

Love this topic! 90’s grunge was definitely my favorite trend. Torn, light wash denim, faded band t-shirts and black military boots! Love the plaid part too. I wear plaid now. Thanks for the rewind, pretty lady! <3

So glad Dr. Marten’s are a thing again. Best shoes I ever owned. So durable!
