10 Favorites: Plus Size Denim Jeans

For about a millisecond, I considered creating a blog where all I do is write about my love for denim jeans. I wear them all of the time and then some. They’re just my favorite of all-time favorites. A little obsessed. In fact, I decided to share 10 plus size denim jeans that have caught my eye at the moment.

I’m kind of having a distressed denim moment, as you’ll see below. I just love the worn and ripped jean look. Throw on a fun tee and you’re good to go. I also need a pair of wide leg denim trousers that are long enough for me. These are so easy to dress up and down. Oh and maybe some motorcycle style jeans. And last but not least, acid wash…yes…acid wash! I just bought a pair that I can’t wait to wear. See…I told you I’m a little obsessed. Just check out the 10 pairs of plus size denim jeans that landed on my wish list.

Are you a denim jean lover? What’s your favorite style?

I’ve been obsessing over the Torrid jeans (#2) for months! I’m stalking them in hopes of catching a good sale

@Lynnwhite1974:disqus I know me too! LOL! They just had a BOGO 50% off, but I still need the price lower! Hahahaha!

I am obsessed with jeans as well, especially skinny distressed ones. Only problem I have is that I have a big tummy, but am super short with barely any butt. Do you have any tips for finding jeans to fit?

@triciafitzgerald:disqus I would definitely check out any petite plus size denim. I know Lane Bryant carries them. Or if you find a pair you love, why not check on getting them hemmed by a tailor? I am apple shaped (in the tummy area) and I like high waisted jeans the best. They feel more comfortable to me. Torrid makes one I like and so does City Chic. And about the butt area, you can accentuate your backside with denim that has pocket flabs, studs, embroidery..etc…if that’s your style :) hope this helps!
