I looooooooooooooooove wearing sandals. That’s all I wear in the summer. In fact, the only time I wear a shoe that requires socks is if I’m going to workout. That’s about it. And thanks to Naya Shoes, I recently added a new pair to my summer sandal aresenal—the Zenobia.
Naya Shoes makes not only comfortable and chic shoes, but they also select environmentally preferred materials, whenever possible. They use natural or recycled content fabrics in their design. You may remember this other pair of gladiator sandals I reviewed from them last year. Let’s just say I wore them out.
When summer rolls around and I go sandal shopping, I always worry about flat sandals. I love the style, but I have bad feet and need some sort of cushioning and support. When I don’t wear them my feet hurt really bad the next day. It’s like they have a hangover!
The minute I put the Zenobia’s on, I could tell they were going to be in it for the long run. They have a cushioned footbed and the straps are soft with a leather lining. They’re very comfortable.
This style comes in a range of colors. The pair I received are in Capsicum Nubuk. It’s this amazing coral, almost red color. The picture to the right looks a little darker. Probably, because I was in the shade. But it’s a bright eye-catching color. Check out the photos below.
One of the things I love the most about Naya Shoes is their commitment to the environment. They recently started a campaign called “Buy it. Plant it,” to help re-forest affected areas in Colorado after last year’s devastating wildfires. For every pair of the brand’s Zenobia or Zephyr sandal styles sold, Naya will contribute one tree. Don’t you just love it?
