The Warby Parker Class Trip Hits Los Angeles (OOTD)

Who doesn’t love a bright yellow school bus? Who doesn’t love a great pair of frames? Now, who doesn’t love a company who helps provide for those in need? If you’re like me and love all three then you’re in luck, because you’re going to LOVE Warby Parker!

Yesterday, I was invited to visit the mobile Warby Parker showroom that is the Warby Parker Class Trip. It’s a big yellow school bus with a team of eyewear stylists, a full selection of their optical and sunwear styles (prices start at $95), and a few of their capsule collections. It’s traveling around the country making stops in some of my favorite cities. It’s currently located in West Hollywood on the corner of 3rd st. and La Jolla. Showroom hours are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. It will only be here in the Los Angeles area until 3/24/13. So hurry!

Get the route and all the Warby Class Trip details here. Take a look at some pics I snapped below.

Yup! You read that right! Prescription lenses with frames start at $95. This mobile showroom allows you to step inside and try on as many pairs as you want. Sunwear can be purchased on the spot, but prescription glasses have be ordered. Yes, I do own a pair of WP sunglasses and I get a ton of compliments when I wear them. They’re my fave!

What I love most about Warby Parker, besides their awesome unisex styles and prices, is their Do Good program. For every pair of glasses purchased, they provide a pair to someone in need. They’ve partnered with non-profit groups to distribute new, never used glasses. They’ve distributed over 250,000 pairs! I love it!
