You know Neutrogena for their skin care products, but did you know they make cosmetics too? Yes they do! Where have you been? Well, they have three new products that hit the shelves the month and I want to share them with you!
Neutrogena has just released their Crease Proof Eye Shadow, Healthy Lengths Mascara, and MoistureSmooth Color Stick.
Below you’ll see me wearing Neutrogena MoistureSmooth Color Stick ($8.49) in Rich Raisin. As you can see it’s one of those barely there colors. It goes on amazingly smooth and creamy like a lip balm. It’s made with fruit extracts and with mango and shea butter (yum). It smells good too! It claims to instantly moisturize your lips (this is true) and continuously condition them so they’re softer and smoother in just three days. It’s available in eight shades: Juicy Peach, Fresh Papaya, Sweet Watermelon, Bright Berry, Warm Caramel, Soft Raspberry, Plum Perfect, and Rich Raisin.
I’m always so skeptical when it comes to stick eyeshadows. But, the Neutrogena Crease Proof Eye Shadow ($8.49) was actually extremely easy to apply with its domed tip applicator, no brush was needed. It went on smoothly and evenly. It was created with a built-in primer that promises 12 hour wear (I didn’t get to wear it that long) without creases or fading. It’s created with an anti-oxidant rich formula including vitamin E to nourish and condition the eye area. It’s available in six shades Stay Golden, Forever Platinum, Perfect Pink, Constant Copper, Lasting Taupe, and Stay-Put Plum.
Lastly, you’ll see wearing Neutrogena’s Healthy Lengths Mascara ($8.49). It’s not dramatic, but actually like the names suggests offers healthy looking lashes. I put on a few coats without any clumping and I didn’t have to curl my lashes (which I never do anyways). It did lengthen my lashes as you can see below. The formula is infused with Vitamin E and olive oil and claims to strengthen your lashes from the inside out. It has been ophthalmologist tested and is safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. It’s available in shades Carbon Black, Black, and Black/Brown.
I know these are brand new, but have you tried any of them? What do you think? Will you try them?
