Is the Baroque Print for You?

One thing I’ve learned in our plus size fashion community is that just because one of us falls in love with a trend doesn’t mean we all do. Mind boggling isn’t it? This past week I was reminded of that when I dismissed a horrible pair of printed pants only to find that everyone else loved  them. Everyone thought they were Versace inspired…me on the other hand? I thought they were grapes.

I know I’m weird.

It seems like every week there’s a new fashion trend to keep up with and this week it’s that baroque print and I’m just not sure how I feel about it. It’s not horribly ugly, but I’m just not sure if I would wear it.

In case you’re wondering, the baroque print is an artistic style of the 1600′s that represented drama, luxury, and exuberance. From far away it looks OK, but then I try to imagine it on me and it’s just not working. Wonder if it will grow on me?

I’m super curious…

Do you own any pieces with this print? Why do you love or hate it?
