OOTD: Chic in Washington D.C.

Last night was my first night here in Washington D.C. I’m in town for a Latina blogger retreat and I feel like I’ve been going non-stop! Thank goodness we had some free time last night to enjoy dinner at Cuba Libre. It’s a really cool restaurant and the food was yummy! I heard it was one of the hottest places here, so I decided to wear this cute shift dress from H&M’s plus line. My shoes are Steve Madden and the necklace is from Ashley Stewart. It was the perfect outfit for a night out!!
