UK retailer Evans wants me to be broke. I think they really do. Just look at their Spring/Summer 2012 Lookbook!! It’s not like you haven’t heard this before, but I want it all! They’re very feminine and yet some of the designs are bold. I’m drooling over the Cobalt Maxi Skirt! I can already imagine the possibilities!
