I would TOTALLY wear this dress- it is so cute! Wearing dresses that are just a littttle too short and pairing them with leggings is one of my favorite things! Side note: When I first read over the line I thought you wrote "my trashy Nine West heels" and I was about to say, those don't look trashy at all! Haha. Oops… reading error!
