Just when I thought I couldn’t love Nordstrom anymore than I already do, they are in the midst of unveiling their own plus-size line.

“Nordstrom recognizes that plus-size women deserve more on-trend, in-store and online choices, and is pleased to announce its new plus-size brand with modern styling called Sejour. Sejour will be available exclusively in the Encore department beginning the first through second weeks of November. The brand will launch in two phases with the first roll-out in November, and culminate in the spring with our entire selection of styles.” -Nordstrom Press Release

Along with a couple of other bloggers, I was contacted by Nordstrom to review some of their new pieces. I am beyond honored to be involved in their new fashion venture.

The thing I love the most about Sejour is the fact that they are going to feature looks that are great for layering. This includes great fabric manipulation and fun textures like sequins, beading, and embellishments for the season.

Their pieces will go from weekend to work, evening to holiday, sizes 14W-24W, and 1X-3X, primarily in a curvy fit. The pricing will range from $28-$200. As you can see in the “Blogalicious 2010: What I wore” post I made sure to try the Rayon leggings and Drape Front Embellished Top right away. There are a few other pieces that I will review for you soon.
